Record the language used
The training record should show the language used, the handout version, the trainer, attendees, and the date. Save both English and Spanish materials when both are used.
Track comprehension questions
If workers ask questions or need follow-up, store those notes and assign the next action. A sign-in sheet alone rarely explains the whole training trail.
Keep translations reviewable
When training text changes, update the translated copy and keep the version date so a reviewer can see which material workers received.
