These terms govern your use of the SilicaBinder marketing site and application.
Purpose
SilicaBinder helps countertop fabrication shops organize silica records, missing evidence, checklists, maintenance logs, training records, and draft binder materials for inspection prep and professional review.
Non-advice disclaimer
SilicaBinder is not legal, medical, industrial-hygiene, or regulatory advice. It does not determine compliance, exposure levels, medical requirements, or required corrective action. Users should consult qualified attorneys, industrial hygienists, safety professionals, medical providers, consultants, and regulators for shop-specific decisions.
Account and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
- You must not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content unrelated to silica-compliance recordkeeping.
- You must not attempt to access another organization's data or interfere with the service.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Billing
One-time and subscription charges are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown at checkout until canceled through the Stripe customer portal. Refund requests should be sent to support@silicabinder.com.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the privacy policy.
Outreach and unsubscribe
Every commercial email we send carries truthful sender information, an accurate subject line, our postal address, and a clear opt-out method. You may opt out at any time on our unsubscribe page.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilicaBinder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
